The products are described on their respective product pages. Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes. Some products are currently available for free (€0); ElpisIA reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.
3. Order
The order is finalized after confirmation by the buyer. A confirmation email summarizes the order. You may need to create an account to access downloads and training courses.
4. Payment
Payment is made online using the methods offered at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal). For free orders, no payment is required.
5. Availability
The apps are provided by instant download after placing your order. Access to the training courses is available at formations.elpisia.com, with an access link sent by email after the order is confirmed.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately, provided that the buyer has expressly consented to its immediate performance and waived their right of withdrawal. In all other cases, the buyer has 14 days to exercise this right: contact@elpisia.com.
7. Warranties and Liability
The products are covered by statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects. ElpisIA shall not be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the products. The applications are provided “as is”; their proper functioning depends on the compatibility of the purchaser’s hardware (e.g., macOS 13 and later for Polyapps).

9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
